REFUND POLICY
We are committed to providing each customer/client/partner with exceptional service. Our refund policy is event-specific due to the varying nature of our programs. Systemise Events has two separate policies for different ticket variants.
Systemise Events includes Systemise Summit, Systemise Business Mastery and other events that are hosted.
General & VIP Admissions
For these two variants we offer a full money-back guarantee after one condition is met. The client must attend the first day of Systemise Event. If you don't enjoy the event and request a refund you will receive it in full. If you cannot attend the event you can receive a credit equal to the value of ticket you have purchased towards future events or additionally any coaching / program created by Systemise Summit / Systemise Fulfilment & other Systemise Products & Services.
Diamond Admission:
Diamond tickets are strictly non-refundable. This is because these tickets are super limited and your tickets will have to be resold leading up to the event. These tickets also come with immediate accesses to products & services.
