The following Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) is effective at the time of registration on the morning of Systemise Summit 2025 on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th May 2025.

BETWEEN: Systemise Fulfilment LTD (the “Event Host”), an organisation existing under the laws of the United Kingdom alongside its team members, guest speakers and association with the event.

AND:

YOU: the attendee that has accepted to attend and experience the event.

WHEREAS, signing this Agreement contains the Event Host terms & conditions of participation:

THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the parties hereto, intending, to be legally bound, agree to the following disclaimers:

Health & Safety Including & Not Limited To Drone Footage

You agree to follow the health & safety requirements of attending the event meaning that you will only be in allocated and designated areas within the venue. You will not touch or interfere with any form of fixture, fixings, and any form of structure within the venue. You will follow safe exit procedures and follow trained members of staff in the event of any emergency. You will seek medical assistance from a trained & highlighted first aider. Drone footage may be taken on site meaning you agree not to interfere with the drone. This could, in the unlikely event “crash” or take an unexpected flight path, resulting in injury. There is no liability for such an occurrence.

Results may vary and speeches, testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results.

Audio, Images, Videos & Any Other Form of Media Assets will be taken, used and distributed.

Throughout the event, the host and / or guests will take photos, videos, and any other form of media during the event. These will be and can be used in any way deemed appropriate for the host.

Personal Belongings and Car Parking

You as the attendee are fully responsible for all your personal belongings including your vehicle whilst on the premises including the car park. The Host is not liable for any loss or damage to any personal belongings.
